Process & utility piping

Pipe systems engineered around the service, product and plant condition.

GPU publishes supply and installation capability across utility systems and process systems, including steam, ammonia, glycol, CO₂, CIP, brewing, product and filtration lines.

Best enquiry inputs

P&IDs or isometrics, medium/service, design pressure/temperature, material specification, tie-in constraints, site location and shutdown window.

Utility systems

The services that keep production moving.

GPU’s current service list names steam and condensate, ammonia, glycol, CO₂, caustic, compressed air, boiler feed water and water mains among its utility piping scopes.

Process systems

Product-side pipework where flow path and cleanability matter.

Published process scopes include product lines, filtration, CIP, chilled liquor, blending water and brewing services. GPU’s project gallery also shows valve matrices, swing-bend / flow panels, sterile filtration and fermentation vessel piping.

Design context matters. Final material, hygienic requirement, weld procedure and testing regime depend on the process specification and applicable design code. The enquiry builder lets your team send those inputs rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all request.
01

Define medium & duty

Product, CIP, water, steam, gas or refrigeration service — with pressure and temperature where known.

02

Define material & standard

Stainless, mild steel or specified material, plus client or code requirements.

03

Define execution window

Greenfield, brownfield, live-plant tie-in, shutdown or maintenance scope.

Have a P&ID, line list or utility scope ready?

Send the system, materials, location, timing and drawings available. GPU’s office can then route the enquiry to the relevant project team.
